We tried to enroll our three-year-old son, but when we showed up for his first class, the front desk employee not only had no knowledge of his enrollment or a class, but literally ditched us in the lobby. It took around a month to get a partial refund, and then we were charged for a second month(!!!) despite not attending a single class. Ultimately we had to go to our credit card company for the final refund citing lack of services provided by the business, as our emails requesting the refund went unanswered. I'm not seeking a rebuttal from the business owner, just citing our experience. I have

Wouldn’t recommend Michelle (owner) is horrible my kids went here for 2 years and so many great coaches left & I’m assuming it’s due to lack of communication you can’t own a gym & NOT communicate with the parents. My children only stayed due to the coaches & when they left it was time for them to leave as well. During the beginning of Covid a “parent” started a online course for the kids not the owner & still tried to charge off of that & the kids didn’t have proper coaches no hands on training that doesn’t make sense to me that she would try and make money off of that it’s a

I do not recommend this gym to anyone for a positive gymnastics experience. The only good thing about this place is the facility. The leadership and communication is terrible. The owner causes issues for everyone, as reflected by in other reviews. She's extremely unethical and is not suited to be a coach, let alone own a gym. Coach turnover is extremely high which is difficult for the athletes. The owner would refuse to communicate with some of the parents. Do not make the mistake of enrolling your child here, especially if they are a team gymnast.

After reading the reviews I had really high hopes for this place. Sadly i was EXTREMELY disappointed with the unprofessionalism that took place.
I was really looking forward to getting my little one into gymnastics here, and wanted to know more about it as we are first timers.
When I called the owner wasn't very friendly at all and more or less just told me how to sign up online.
However I really wanted to check it out before just handing my money over. So I checked their website, as well as their hours of operation on Google. BOTH said 1pm was when they opened. So we took the 40 min drive over
