A dedicated account manager (AM) is the single point of contact for PPW Clients. AM on a quarterly basis will contact clients by phone &/or email to assure service satisfaction and elicit feedback for improvement. We handle large vehicle fleets. If you have 5 or 1000 trucks, we can wash them on-site.

We had Preferred Power Wash power wash and refinish our deck. We told them that the product we were providing for them was a premium deck and dock stain from Sherwin Williams and asked if they were familiar with how to apply it. They indicated they were. After the stain had dried and we inspected their work it was obvious they had no idea what they were doing. To call the work "shoddy" is an understatement. There were spots that were not stained, spots that were too lightly stained, spots that were heavily stained.....the deck looks in places like it is three different finishes.
