Services
Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-outs are subject to availability, see the front desk on the day of check-out for more information. Group blocks are not allowed to check-out late. The cancellation policy is 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time. Reservations must be canceled by 3:00 pm the day before your arrival to avoid possible fees.

I loved the decorations, you can tell the hotel owner has really invested in the décor and the quality of the stay. My one issue is that the hot water ran out. I used the shower and was fine and my fiancé went to shower and the hot water was gone....for a whole hotel? The complimentary breakfast was AWESOME. The food was fresh, well stocked, and of good quality.

Extremely run down, out dated and overly used rooms. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the rooms above you to the conversations in the lobby. The semis driving by on the highway and the wind coming through the windows doesn't help either. Beds are hard as a rock and the bathroom has mold. I cleaned 2 spider nests last night that I saw while sitting on the couch. Look elsewhere for a room.

Bugs everywhere, one was crawling on night in the very hard bed. To be honest I would not recommend this run down place to no one. There is no breakfast and they say there is, but if you like cheerios or other cereal they have well there you go. And very few of other little things. I being very honest. No one comes to clean your room at all during your stay. And you have ask for towles. Good luck if you stay there.

Website claims flexible checkout times, free breakfast, and other amenities, which either weren't offered or were not explained at check in. The staff is disinterested in helping guests. The parking lot does not have enough spaces to accommodate the number of guests. This is a cheap motel you should avoid. The only thing that saves it from being one star is that it was clean.

BEWARE! This hotel claims that online booking is not the way to go and that those outside booking agents, overbook, so even if you have a reservation, don't count on it. We booked far in advance and because of Oktoberfest going on close by, we believe they knew they could get a higher rate out of last minute bookings, so they dropped our reservation and claimed they called us to let us know. I asked what number they called and they had transposed numbers, so at 6pm we had no room and had to drive over an hour to find a room at that late time of day. Never again, would I book a room at this

Hotel under construction; no pool and when we got to the room 2 out of 2 this weren't connected to cable. The gentleman from the front desk did get these working. I sat down on a couch to charge my phone and saw outlet was half hanging out of wall. The smoke detector is missing the battery.
Weeds are all over property. This place should not even be open.

We have stayed here several times. We especially like that the rooms are not your "traditional styles." They are very comfortable for families to spread out and have never had an issue with noise. Especially like the back patio, putting green and grill. The front desk (Adam & Courtney) will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is awesome! Will definitely be back!

We made our reservation online for a two bedroom Suite with a open-plan seating area with a sofa and we're given a two bed room where one bed is in another room there's no sofa for our third child. We booked these types of rooms on purpose because we have five people, three children. We were first given a room with 2 beds in it, no separate bedroom. We stayed here last year and did not have this issue. Although last year the hot tub was not working. Disappointed we did not get the room we reserved. We will think twice before reserving a room here in the future.

They need some major improvements. Let's start with the staff. I wouldn't say any of them are horrible but I would say horribly trained and have lack of motivation. Zero customer service skills. As I tried to get my 3 kids and a cart full of luggage through the doorway that had no way to stay open by it self, one of the staff sat and watched me not even a thought occurred to help. No one had on uniforms and most wore jeans and tank tops. Not appropriate or professional. I stayed for 16 days and not one person asked how our stay was.

I stayed here for 4 days... such a cute hotel! Everything is very clean! Friendly helpful staff. Pool was pretty big. Hot tub was broken when I arrived but they fixed it immediately! Rooms are all equipped with a small kitchen bathroom, and private bedroom. Living area and bedroom both had tvs! This hotel is definitely a bang for your buck.. I had a great stay and I will be back!

Please clean this hotel! I have never stayed in such a filthy room as this place. Floors were not mopped/clean, grime on every touch point ( phone, light switches, etc), old food in the fridge, stains on every piece of furniture, slime (I hope not something else!) on the end table in the bedroom, an old CRT tv placed in a hole in the bedroom that did not work, grime on the bathroom floor, "grime ring" in the bathtub, just a little soap and water with some attention to detail would help. Must be no supervision in this place as the building can't be more than 12-15 yrs old and as

The front desk lady "Amanda" was so wonderful!
I had been busting my butt all day packing my house up and was an emotional/physical wreck. To see her warm smile was a relief for sore eyes.
The room was impeccable, well kept and very spacious. There was a separate kitchenette well stocked, a place to watch TV and relax. The complimentary breakfast was stocked with pastries and other assorted goodies.

This hotel was WONDERFUL. Very convenient to the highway, and easy to find. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the room was much, much better than I expected for the price.
The suite was big and spacious, with a good lay-out. Lots of little extras that are nice to have (dishwasher, laundry basket, lotion, etc.) but are not always offered. The bed was very comfortable, and there were lots of pillows (with more in the wardrobe!).
Breakfast was sufficient (I had to take it with me) even toward the end of the serving time. No problems at all with the internet, which was fast and easy to

We stayed at the Grandstay for about a week around Christmas last year. It was kind of nice to find a place that had separate bedrooms and a kitchenette. The food here for breakfast was so-so. We had quite a fiasco with our cleaning and towel situation. Apparently, if you stay there for a certain number of days they only come once a week, but if you stay for less than a week they are supposed to come by and clean at least once during your stay.
