I needed help advertising my business. After researching and trying to do it myself I realized it was much harder than I thought to create a website on my own.
I found First Day Social online and I reached out to them. They got back to me the same day and we set an appt to go over what I needed to be done. They were the second company I contacted and both quotes were around the same price, but they were local so I went with them.
I'm really happy with everything. The website came out great, the store is complete and they set up payment processing for me.

I'm really happy with the website and service they provide. The set up team they have was very diligent and thorough. The website came out exactly how I wanted it.

It seems like i'm one of the few that had problems with this company, after having a dispute with the person in charge of my account i asked to speak to his higher up, he said he was not in and to leave a message, i left a message and followed up a week later. No one ever got back to me. The service that i was paying for was not quite what i was getting. i ended up being charged twice in the same week due to their cancelation policy so be careful if you ever decide to end your service with the, it needs to be done 30 in advance. personally for an online company thats a very long time since it takes

I've been using First Day Social for almost 2 years now. I almost cancelled after a couple of months but I'm really happy I didn't. I don't understand how the internet or search engines work, but I noticed a pick up in calls and emails after a few months. Now I'm at or near the top of Google for almost any search related to my business and I don't use any other marketing service. I was referred by a friend and I'm so happy I was.

We are really happy with first day social. Most companies promose everything and we don't see any results. But we noticed increased customers from google fast. We're very happy with them.
I am also happy tht they answer the phone when we call. There is no recording or answering service. I'm also happy they make website changes when we ask. I tried another company and they never did what I asked or what they said they would do.

This is easily the best value for our marketing budget. We have spent a lot of money over the years trying just about everything. For the longest time I just thought that the more money I spend on advertising, the better, but it didn't work the way I hoped. Thankfully Megan from First Day Social came over and showed us that we needed to focus more on our organic search results and that she could help us get more visits to our website. It has been about 8 months now and not only do we have a better website, but they manage all of our social media pages and our business is higher on the searches
