Pablo came out to give a bid on a remodel project. Seems very greedy as he kept asking how much money I had. Seems like a used car salesman. He never replied with a bid and kept making excuses. I'm not sure why this company wins awards because I would never hire them based on my experience. Maybe my job is too difficult for him and that's why he never submitted a bid.

So they sent some one out to quote drywall for my basement. I couldn't be there so my wife walked him through what needed to be done. Rather than take measurements and give us a quote they ripped on the framing and fire stop work making my wife feel like the house was going to burn down. The entire time he was there he was pointing out work he felt was t up to standard and needed to be fixed. He said he would "fix" all the wrong things before the drywall for a little under 3k. So 3k to do work after the city does a 4 way inspection and says it's ready for dry wall? 3k in work
