Demlang Builders helped make our dream home a reality. We built the Alyssa II with some customizations. This was our 1st build and in spite of the pandemic we had a great experience; on time, on budget and met all our expectations. Communication was good and use of Builder trend was very helpful to see what was happening and when. It was also nice to be able to make all of our selections in the Demlang office vs. running around and visiting numerous places (as other builders require). We built our home 4 years ago (2017) with Demlang and couldn’t be happier. Their entire team was extremely easy to work with and we always had an open line of communication with the owners - Rod and Colleen. I recently had a question about our home and gave Rod a call. He picked up immediately, was happy to hear from me and helped me find a solution to my issue. We would absolutely build again with Demlang without a second thought!

Demlang Builders built our Brooklyn home that's just over a year old. We were so impressed with that entire process that we hired them to finish our basement area. We just moved into our new home, the Harper model with Demlang. They made the building experience very easy for us first time builders. From their showroom to pick the custom finishes for our home to using the Buildertrend website to track our build.
The building experience was very nice. Demlang could improve on their repairs response time. If something is broken it can take them a couple of months to fix. We are very happy to call this beautiful home ours.

We've recently moved into our first build and Demlang home. They made the process as painless as possible and were incredibly helpful and kind throughout. My wife and I just built our first home with Demlang and we could not be more pleased with the results. Over the years we have heard horror stories from other people who have built with other builders, but we had an absolutely pleasant experience. The selection process was a breeze as Demlang has everything in house which saved us the time and hassle of running to different vendors to pick out our finishes. The thing that sets Demlang apart in my mind is that they don't just tell you what you want to hear when signing a contract and then forget about you. Their communication was excellent throughout
