They sold my father in law a pair of hearing aids that were not meant for his hearing tone. He had trouble with them for more then two years... multiple appointments to get them tuned over and over again. At his last appointment they told him these hearing aids wouldn't work for his hearing loss. He was completely taking advantage of given his age, he wasted $3500, which is alot of money for someone on a fixed income. And then they told him he wanted them even though they told him they wouldn't work for him. WHO THE HELL BUYS SOMETHING THAT WOULDN'T WORK FOR THEM. AND WHY WOULD YOU SELL SOMEONE

I have had a very good experience using Best Care Hearing. I got my hearing aids through zip hearing and they referred me to them. I have worn hearing aids for 22 years, and Larry Trueblood is the best audiologist Ive ever had. He is passionate and knowledgeable about what he does and really cares about how I am experiencing the sound and comfort of the hearing aids. I have always felt welcome, comfortable, and safe there and found out more about my hearing, ear drum health, and hearing aids in such a short amount of time thanks to Larrys attentiveness to detail and thoroughness!
