Unprofessional service, I was sent for an ultrasound of my abdomen and never received a return call to discuss my results even after leaving 2 messages for the doctor to call me back. I did receive an automated call abt a bill for my copay though. I can review an image of an ultrasound on my portal but I am not a radiologist or an OB/Gyn so I have no idea what I'm looking at. Till this day, 2 months later I still don't know if I have fibroids or ovarian cancer. Saw Dr. Grace Adofo and her team, who took the time to answer questions, explain the changes I was experiencing, how best to go about treating them now and down the road; also what I can do to help myself and her with continuing care. She's not just a good doctor, she's a down to earth woman who makes the whole experience much easier. Her patients feel heard, understood, actively engaged and supported in whatever stage or process of "being a woman" you're at in life. Stay far away from this office! Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Unprofessional, rude, unorganized, insensitive. The staff is completely incompetent. They do not schedule appts correctly. One good thing, you will get email confirmation of an appt scheduled in addition to text message reminders. PLOT TWIST... you show up for your appt and they will say we don’t have you down for one today, you show them the confirmation and they look confused like they don’t know how to read. Worst office!! I was a patient for over 10 years. The office went from being great to okay. Then in 2020 it was just down right awful. The staff is horrible!
I actually moved practices and it was the best decision of my life but I’m being dragged back into this mess because I can’t get this location to stop bothering me now! Phone calls, texts, emails even after blocking them and/or opting out.

Approximately 6 weeks ago, I had an abdominal hysterectomy. This office was fantastic, starting with Peggy, who arranged my surgery. Dr. Sansone, assisted by Dr. Guiffreda, did an amazing job. I absolutely love Dr. Sansone and love my visits, because she is so sweet to talk to! I feel wonderful and would highly recommend this office!

Currently in the process of leaving this practice. Whether it’s the answering service or the actual receptionists, you always get an attitude or are cut off when speaking. Dr Sansone and dr Jamie are the only reason I stayed as long as I did. You won’t get call backs for a few weeks sometimes, test results will be posted to your portal without a phone call to explain information to you until you call and ask for it. I was supposed to receive an IUD (insurance had to approve first- the problem was my appointment was in JUNE… I didn’t hear anything from the ENWHC office so I decided to call

This office is outstanding- the staff were so welcoming, kind and friendly. Even from the original scheduling over the phone- the receptionist was so sweet & professional. Dr Sansone was above and beyond my expectations- she took time with me to educate me & answer all of my many, many questions. I felt she was overly thorough with my exam which is amazing to say the least, & took time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed and questions answered. I will never go anywhere else- I am SO glad to have found Dr Sansone and her staff!

I have been seeing Dr. Sansone for many years. The staff is great and very patient. My regular scheduled appointments always go well. I am never rushed and they always are sure to answer any questions I may have.
11 years ago, my daughter had been born 2 weeks early, which put a damper on my scheduled c-section and Dr. Giuffrida ended up delivering my daughter. I was very comfortable with him even though I had not seem him prior to my c-section. His conversation and jovial attitude made the entire process very comfortable.

I saw Dr. Adofo for the first time today. I was actually 10 minutes late (my fault but they were kind about the policy and future visits) - the nurse brought me to a room almost as soon as I arrived. I would have been seen earlier but the nurse and I were still finishing my info. When we finished, I didn't have to wait long at all. Dr. Adofo was very kind and asked a lot about my life - I appreciated this approach and her taking the time to get to know me. I also enjoyed the stories she shared. She and the nurse made me feel comfortable.

2/15/21 I hate to update my review to such a low score but I was seen nearly 1 hour after my scheduled appointment time. I was to be seen at 8:40 AM and I didn't even see the dr til 9:35-that's completely unacceptable and I came very close to walking out. The reason I didn't is because I'm moving and I won't be able to reschedule before my departure.

I’ve been going here since the beginning of my pregnancy it’s very clean and comfortable. I’ve had good experiences with dr. Adofo and Jamie is delightful, very helpful and efficient. She seems to care about her patients and is very sweet and receptive. I had a very bad experience with Kate, and then was forced to see her a second time when the doc I was scheduled to see was unavailable. Horrible. I was induced with my first baby, which was scary enough all on its own. Dr. G came into my room, said nothing to me directly, spoke to the nurses and decided to break my water. No words exchanged as he shoved a stick inside me and then left the room. I'm now facing another terrifying issue and they cannot manage to send my blood work to the correct company.
