Since our beginning in 1983, we have continued to build a reputation for delivering precision parts, machined to exact tolerances in all metals, sterling silver and plastics. We have manufactured parts for the computer, electronic, jewelry, fiber optic, medical, safety and many other consumer industries.
We are presently servicing several different industries, including medical, electronics, connector, military, safety equipment, and most industries where precision components are required in materials such as Stainless, CRS, Aluminum, Brass, Nylon, Delrin, as required by the customer. If required, we can supply material certs along with inspection reports.
Prototyping - We can develop, prototype and produce any part or product for you. We would work very closely with you to get the best possible product or part that takes in cost and manufacturability. Our engineering department is able to process jobs to your exact requirements by using supplied blueprints or we can manufacture from a CAD file converted to IGES or DXF format.
