Meek's The Builder's Choice

Qiuck to cancel you if you can't pay, but refuses to pay employees on time. Pat fultz should be fired everything she does takes 6 weeks to do. Rude workers rude everything. I'll be personally speaking to all my friends and family in the construction world to not use meeks sub par lumber and services.

Two weeks ago today I went to the showroom. I meandered through the windows and doors, walking past two men at their desks and not one spoke to me. As I was leaving, both flooring sales people stopped to ask if I had found what I needed. They redirected me back to the windows and doors area where I met both men I had previously been ignored by and a woman named Jamie. After explaining what I needed, I was told I needed an appointment which worked great because I wanted my spouse to be there for the decision making. I ordered a custom door here. And- it looks fantastic. But they never called me when it came in. So. Mixed feelings. The staff were friendly and helpful. But never calling me when my order was there kind of soured an otherwise positive experience.

We just had a very discouraging experience at Meeks design center in Springdale. We had been told that they carried a certain window that we’d decided to replace 23 of our current ones with. We arrived at 4:30, just 30 minutes before they closed. We had gone to the Meeks in Rogers, but they told us the design center in Springdale would be the one to help us. We knew it was late, but we thought we’d just tell them what we were looking for and get someone e to come out and measure. They installed carpet in our home - quick scheduling, easy communication, and the men who came out to do the work were quick, clean, and professional as well as friendly. Highly recommend!

Visited the Yreka Meek's today (June 17, 2020) to see about concrete paver choices on a DIY patio I'm planning. There were more employees there than customers at 8:30am, which is advantageous to me, I thought, as a customer.
I asked where their pavers were in the yard, and was curtly given the general direction where they are kept by a guy who seemed like he was in charge of the cashiers. But that was okay, because I wanted to spend some time looking, imagining... plus, the guys working out in the lot were very cool and helpful.
Fast forward. I've made my paver decision. I go to

So far, they've never let me down. Whatever heavy maintenance, normal repair, or light construction items i need for my home, they have something at least decent on-hand, can order it, or can happily tell me exactly what I need and what other place i can get it at. You could build an entire luxury mansion just with stuff from this one store. All that said, their prices are not bargain level, so shop around a bit maybe before stopping by them.

We built a house and got the majority of our material from Meeks. Dana was our sales representative and he was great. Very genuine, knowledgeable, and responsive.

Great service. When I couldn't find a bottle of construction adhesive that I wanted, the sales clerk went back to the warehouse to try to find more. He then offered several other varieties that would give similar results. I appreciate his thoroughness.

I have had great luck with Meek's. they have always been very helpful and courteous. their prices were comparable to other hardware stores in the area.

Paid for fence material for delivery a week after the order. Waited all day for delivery. Called and was told that it was never placed to be delivered. Then was told they wouldn't be able to get it out that day. Asked for a manager and they were both conveniently out. Called back and both managers were still convienently out. Asked about delivery first thing the next morning and was told that was a slum chance.

Meeks is a good place for most of your building needs. They've been around a long time so closest thing to a "home-town" business in Northwest Arkansas.

Meeks' prices are astronomical, some may say Criminal. Even after their 'so called' Contractors Discount we paid for product at 25% higher than other Lumber/Hardware stores. I do business on a word and a hand shake; our (ex)contractor and Meeks do not! Stay clear of Meeks, you can get the same for a lot LE$$.

The Meek shall inherit the earth they say; well they can afford it! The service is poor and the prices are sky high In addition they do not honor their quoted prices. We drove sixty miles to pick up an item which we had looked at the day before; only to find the price upon arrival had more than doubled. In general I avoid this place, but I gave it one more try. I had a piece of plastic in the back to cover the item we were buying, I placed it off to the side to allow for loading of the item.
