Will only accept new RVs, even if they're in excellent condition or fully restored! Won't even look at photos. I have always found this rude & discriminatory.

Yes, the sites are very close together... However, if you are looking for an immaculately maintained park with a professional, hard working, helpful staff and a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere, stay at the Dayton RV Park. We did, for 3 weeks and we would do it all over again if the opportunity ever presented itself. The close proximity to other rigs was FAR outweighed by all the positives.

Spaces are definitely too close together. Coaches next to each other cannot both fully extend awnings. Picnic table needed to be moved to extend slide-out.
On the other hand this would not be a deal breaker for me when visiting Dayton again. Appreciated space being long enough to accommodate my 38' mh + motorcycle trailer. Wi-fi was strong unlike other parks that advertise they have it but you can't use it

Stacked in like cord wood. Can't even put out an awning as I would touch the next rv.
Kids are not allowed to ride a bike or a scooter.
Facilities are well maintained and clean.
Guess I should have researched better as this one is not for me.

Looking to book reservations and I am denied because my travel trailer is a 1998. I understand the reasoning, however it's not the age of a travel trailer it's the condition. I supplied current pictures as I have done with many R V resort reservations. To deny based solely on the age is absurd and ignorant.

Carol and Rick are very professional and always here to help. It's a very clean park and very well priced. It's quite. For the extra 20 mins to the lake it way worth the drive considering others right off 50.

Dayton RV is small and the spaces are a bit tight. The park is CLEAN and quiet. Laundry and Restrooms with BIG showers are very clean and well maintained. A Casino with restaurant and other restaurants all within a mile and can be walked to. Very comfortable place to stay.

Park was clean and Rick & Carol we're very nice, but it was very tight getting into & out of our site. Had to share tiny yard with people next to us. Laundry room was a one butt affair with barely enough room to turn around and over priced. Sign on the door said it was cleaned every day from 9:30-11, but floor was always dirty and had to clean folding table every time I needed it. Old manager still lived in park, which was weird as he'd been fired. Wouldn't stay here again.

Small but nice spots. Clean area. Customer service was a little rough (let our dog out potty behind our camper during bad weather and got not only a phone call later but an angry note, I think one or the other would have been sufficient) but overall good little place.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Dayton RV Park with the exception of one employee. Rick and Carole are fantastic. Red is very kind. Then there's the petulant manchild who chooses to clean the laundry room on a Sunday morning, removing the door handles, holding laundry hostage. When we politely knocked on the door to retrieve our clothes from the dryer (so that it wouldn't wrinkle) he threw an absolute tizzy fit. Yelling to take it up with the office. When we did take it up with the office, Rick nicely asked him to allow us to gather our clothes, to which he yelled "I quit." Other than
