Beloved Community Family Wellness Center (BCFWC) is a not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center committed to providing comprehensive, accessible, timely, and affordable primary health care, preventive education, and social service programs available to the Greater Englewood and surrounding communities.
We value our responsibility to our patients and guest, and use people, and financial resources entrusted to us to improve access to health care and social services for all with particular focus on the health care needs of the medically underserved population. We value personal and professional growth that combines the physical, emotional, spiritual, and relational aspect of life work.
Beloved Community Family Wellness Center provides health care for all persons, regardless of their financial status. The sliding fee discount scale payment plan will be developed based on your family size and income. By offering this special service, you can always be assured to receive health care for you and your family.
If you do not have an e-mail address, you can still have access to your health information by entering your token number and birthdate at the enrollment screen. You will be asked for your e-mail address, but it is not required if you do not have one at this time. You have the opportunity to communicate with Beloved Community Family Wellness Center if you do not have an e-mail address.
Our dental clinics are conveniently located at both our Robbins and Halsted (Chicago) locations. We provided the full spectrum of dental services. Robbins office - They never picked up the phone and talk with you.. always waiting on hold for more than 30 minutes..then when they do pickup it is to hang up the phone.... I have been trying for weeks to make an appointment... can't get thru ... I absolutely hate this office..tacky and ghetto..not professional at all.. glad I'm not dying or in need of medicine.

I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff at the Beloved Community Family Wellness center on 68th & Halsted in Chicago. From the front desk, to the nurses, each and everyone of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could. My husband and I both had appointments at this clinic on 68th and Halsted. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to others. They took your temperature before entering the building, and they made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our visit. The staff checked us in early, the administrators answered our questions and provided us with follow up information at the end of our visit, and the nurses were friendly and efficient.

I went in to take a Covid-19 test for my job. They never reached out to me to give me my results I had to call in to them. I finally get my results which came back positive, so i had to contact my employer to let them know. The doctor that excused me from work for 14 days didn’t put the exact reason why I was going to be out, so my employer didn’t accept that and wanted to see the test results before they pay me. I called in today 12/12/20 at 9:43am and was told my doctor would reach out to me. Never got a call. I then called back four more times after and still didn’t get my results. The

Please close this ghetto, un organized, terrible clinic down.... Nobody in here really works, they will leave u waiting to go have pointless, non work related conversations in a room.... With no regard to what u may have to do that day or anything.
The nurses shouldn't have a job, the doctors act like they don't want their job, or don't take their job seriously... That's why they stationed in a clinic and not a hospital.

I came here looking for Dr. Catherine Wilbert who is listed on their website as the OB/GYN on staff but instead it is Dr. Flores who is a funny but straight to business doctor. I've seen him twice, once for an initial and another for my follow-up/birth control. Both times I was placed in the room within 20 minutes of my appointment time then sat for over 30 minutes waiting for the doctor. The staff is very friendly and greet you immediately/answer any questions you may have. Despite the fact that they require you to bring your insurance card for every visit to verify, I received a bill for services
