I just finished installing new counters in my kitchen and I cannot say enough great things about my experience. Erin, Ron, Carlos, as well as the installation team were absolute top-notch professionals from the very start to the end. Communication was prompt and courteous. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted going into the process, and there was never any pressure to spend more. The installation was flawless and looks amazing. Every attention was paid to all the details. Price was fair. I am very happy.

Everyone on staff was professional and friendly - including the gentleman who called to make inquiries, offer options and confirm details, to the person who came out to laser measure, and the installers. As a local residential architect for over 20 years, I am personally familiar with many of the countertop companies in the area. I selected Creative InCounters to replace the old countertops in my own residence, and it was absolutely the right choice.
Dan and Megan were excellent in helping my wife and me find the perfect stone, and I admit we tried their patience with our quest to find exactly the right color, figure and movement in our slabs at the price we had budgeted. The tops were installed a couple of weeks ago, and they are absolutely stunning with the existing cabinets. Kudos!

The sales staff were terrific but, after the sale, it took them three attempts and several weeks to install an extremely expensive Quartzite countertop. The first quartzite countertop was severely scratched. I had to call them to come back to replace it as apparently the scratch went unnoticed by their quality control team. Several weeks later they came back and installed the second countertop. It was equally as defective as the first, so they had to remove that countertop, as well. Now I was becoming very concerned about the professionalism of this company. On their third attempt, they reinstalled

My most recent kitchen counter top install was superb! The fellow who did the template worked with me to figure out the best scenario for some tricky angles on my island and when the counter top came it was perfect! We also had an issue with a tall cabinet door next to the counter top and the installers worked on that corner to be certain that the door opened as it should- again perfect. The installers were punctual and were very careful with the installation to leave with the best possible product in place. The edges on the counter tops were carefully cut and sanded as well. We couldn't be happier
