I’m waiting at the Warner Robins location and the shuttle is already 30 minutes late. The attendant replied : As I said we are running a little bit behind. Truly sad for a company whose core business is transportation. Can not rely on them to be on time.

Starting to dislike this service. It's always a issue when it comes to going to fort valley. Then I had to sit and wait for a totally different driver while in Macon, so that the driver that I was supposed to ride with could go pick up his check. So I had to sit for another hour. I'm not sure what they call customer service, but this isn't it.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Cancellation policy is NO CANCELLATIONs even if weeks or months in advance. My sister made reservations 2 months in advance. When she booked on the phone no one told her that it would be impossible to cancel. Days after making the reservations her flight changed making it possible for us to pick her up. She immediately called and was told their no cancellations under ANY circumstances policy. She called again... same thing. I researched their website and saw that if you book online it tells you their policy but again no one told her that when she booked on the phone. I checked out

I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with these people. The trip to the Airport went perfect and i was very impressed. Because of the Coronavirus, I cut my trip short. Nothing was changed except the day.Same Frontier flight number that I had given them earlier. I called to make the change and confirmed again the next day. I was told the same thing "you arrival (4:56 AM) requires you to wait until the 6 O'clock shuttle." That was fine for me. I called the office at 5 AM to confirm my time and location. First thing I have to say is this is an deceptive company with some deceptive practices. I booked my pick-up for 9am... Instead of a phone call I get a text message given me a new time window of 9:30 am to 9:45 am. This lead me to rearrange.my original transportation to pick-up location. No problem right. Well wrong. I'm picked up at location 10 minutes after the updated time and then brought back to there office to be placed on another shuttle. We leave the location at 10:08am and informed we have another stop before going to any airport... My flight boards at 11:39 a.m. and this company

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I booked 3 round trip rides from Birmingham, AL to Atlanta, GA direct via phone. I supplied our flight information (Atlanta to England) and was supplied our pick up and drop off times by the customer service representative.
Our pick up time was late picking us up, but we ultimately arrived to the airport on time in Atlanta.
We flew home on Jan 4 ( 2 young daughters and myself). Our plane landed, we collected our luggage, which took some time, went through customs, walked out to the ground transportation area and took the shuttle to the domestic terminal per

The WORST. I was told to be in the lobby of hotel at 3:15am for a 3:30am pick up. They never showed up. Did not call me to let me know. I waited until 4:00am and then called an expensive uber and almost missed my Birmingham flight. I would not recommend this company.

Was informed from dispatcher that I wouldn't receive a refund despite being stranded in Atlanta because a bus showed up 1-1/2 hours later that no one else from the canceled 7 o clock shuttle knew about!


DO NOT RECOMMEND USING BIRMINGHAM GROOME!!

Comfortable on the shuttle... that is if you get on it. i heard horror stories that the shuttle arrives several hours late but for sake of saving money, my boyfriend decided to see the best in the service (big mistake). you would think that at 2am the shuttle would be on time... you thought wrong. my boyfriend and i waited outside for about an hour until the shuttle finally arrived. i called groome several times and each time "oh they're on their way... they're just running a little late." my question is, how i'm gods green earth is a shuttle running late at 2am???? moral

My daughter was taking the shuttle from her university to Orlando airport, along with a group of other students. They were told to arrive 15 minutes early (2:25) for a 2:40 shuttle. The shuttle was late and the contact number did not appear to be working. The shuttle did not arrive until after 3:00 and they didn't pull away until 3:15. The driver did not apologize or offer any explanation for being late. Many students were very concerned about making their flights. My daughter also reported that the driver was on the phone and writing on a clipboard while driving. She did not feel safe.

This is probably one of the worst transportation service I have ever used during traveling. These people really don't care about customer service and instead of actually trying to help the answer you continuously will get is "take the next shuttle". Pathetic excuse for a "service".

Do not use groome transportation/dot/go daytona! especially heed my advice and never trust leaving your vehicle at groome transportation. this is a shuttle service with 24hr. security and a fenced in lot for short and long term parking. we were away for 30 days getting married, i came back to find thousands of dollars worth of parts were sawed off my truck. my truck is not drivable and is now in the shop ... which also means i can't work. thank you groome transportation, oh and by the way.... they accept no responsibly and will not pay for any of it or compensate in anyway! please help

Everything was great. I had been traveling for about 5 1/2 hours before my shuttle arrived at its scheduled time which was 11:30. The driver actually arrived early and checked me in. He took my bags and put them on the van and escorted me onto the bus. He advised we would not be leaving for a few minutes so to sit tight. I must admit I was EXTREMELY nervous because it was pouring down in Birmingham which is where we were headed. The driver was a younger guy but sadly I don't remember his name. Once we were ready to leave he told us Good-morning and informed us of the rules as well as letting

We recently used Groome for a round trip shuttle from Birmingham to the Atlanta airport. The trip over was nice. We had a delightful friendly driver who introduced himself and offered restroom stops multiple times during the 2 1/2 hour trip. The only complaint we had was that he dropped us off a good distance from our check-in counter but this may not have been under his control as the Atlanta airport is under perpetual construction.
The return trip was another story. We were to be at the pickup point at 8:15 PM. Atlanta's luggage system was not functioning correctly so we were pushed

If you don't mind your trip from Orlando airport to Daytona taking three hours and making three stops before their office, then go ahead and waste your money on them. I never will again. BRING BACK GO SHUTTLE!!!
The only stop they made was the Sanford airport. DOTS can stop 6 places before the office. Nothing on the website said that was the case.
Last trip with them! Faster and easier to rent a car!!!

Very satisfied. Groome provides multiple trips daily to and from Birmingham- usually 1 trip an hour. Very easy to pick up Groome, right by the Delta baggage claim. Driver was very friendly. The one way trip cost $40 which is a steal. You can reserve online or pay driver directly. Will definitely use again.

If possible, I would give zero stars, unfortunately. We paid extra money for a private shuttle, however, had to pick up people on the way to ATL from BHM due to their Groome driver BEING INTOXICATED while driving. Our driver continued to argue with us over where in the ATL airport to drop us off at, and was insistent on wanting to leave us at the domestic terminal, when our flight was international. So it's 2109, there's an app that's been used now for several years. It's called "Waze". For this not familiar, which is clearly the drivers who work for this business, it helps you avoid traffic delays. There is 10 different ways to get into MCO. At least. What does this driver do? Take 528. Why? Because welp that's what we've always done so why change it? 2 hours later for a trip that should take 70 minutes, everyone on this shuttle will miss their flight because this company doesn't know how to use an app which would have avoided this nightmare.
