I had to ship frozen breast milk during my stay there, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I told them I had to ship more milk before leaving, and they gave me a styrofoam container and ice packs since no where in McAlester sells dry ice. They even called me the following day to let me know that my package unfortunately wouldn’t make it overnight like I paid for (at no fault of their own). They even filed a complaint on my behalf. When I decided that I would rather bring my milk with me as a checked bag, they told me to not worry about bringing the ice packs back. They truly went

I had a package from dhl who says ups ships their stuff nearest dhl is 2 and a half hours away
The lady says on june 10th oh yeah we'll return to sender your mail itll take a few weeks this is a return but i figure ok i can wait
Two weeks later and she tells me on the phone i have to wait a few more weeks no unacceptable i have to drive it to dhs now they have failed me as a shipping company and as a shipping advisory company
I obviously cannot speak ups i just spent money to have usps do it no problems thank you
I changed to 4 because you were not that bad sorry i will try to learn ups some

Such a great service to have in McAlester!! The staff is always polite, helpful, & quick. If you have any questions or concerns, they're happy to help.
Their website also lists pickup times, so you can plan your drop-off accordingly. Very helpful for businesses!
(As for any negative reviews you see here: please keep in mind they will tell you the prices before you pay. They do not force you to pay that price. Also yes, prices for shipping through USPS are slightly higher than the post office, as the post office ships directly from the location you drop off... quite reasonable. This business is

This store will take your items and package them them set them up for shipment this all comes at a price for shipping and packaging. You can ship UPS FED EX or US mail. Service is good and efficient. It can be a bit costly depending on what you are shipping. You pay for the clnvenkence of not having to package your own stuff.

(I wanted to mail 2 packages, but they wanted $70 to ship a small pAckage that didn’t seem right.. so I chose to ship it at the post office for $16 instead.)
So I mailed a package. I was in a hurry and I didn’t have time to go back in when I noticed I didn’t get a receipt or tracking number. I went back the next day (today) and mentioned I mailed a package and didn’t get any proof of when it was mailed and if there is a way she could provide something for me.
