As I type this, I'm leaning back in a recliner with my laptop propped up on one knee. It's comfortable in the moment, but if I did it for long, this position would wreak havoc with my back, arms and legs. Ideally, I should be in the "neutral" position sitting up straight with my knees and elbows bent at ninety degree angles.

For Old Times Sake Antiques is truly a treasure in downtown Wake Forest. Every time I go in, there is always new and interesting items to find. My favorite is their collection of vintage jewelry. They also have the best window displays in town. The staff is always very helpful and over the top friendly!!

This is a fun little shop in historic downtown. After grabbing a delicious lunch at the Burger Shop, you can walk some of those calories off and check out this gem. Stuff you didn't even know you wanted. Prices are a little higher so don't expect to get great treasures here for low prices (this isn't a place for "pickers". But, there are really interesting items here and the staff is super helpful and friendly.
