I would give 0 stars if I could. My friend and I made an appointment, and she called 10 minutes before and said she was "running a couple of minutes late." We waited and waited for her, and finally left after about 45 minutes of waiting for her. We tried calling and texting her to see when she thought she would be there, but no answer. She did not respond until and HOUR and 15min after our scheduled appointment! Extremely unprofessional and upsetting.
