Integral Oilfield Solutions specializes in the design and manufacture of high quality, tailor-made topside equipment. We offer a suite of "off-the-shelf" products that cover all manner of mechanical handling needs including Derrick, Rig Floor, Main Deck, Cantilever and Moonpool. We design all of our equipment with safety and efficiency in mind.
Since 1999, IOS equipment has been installed into and is a vital part of numerous drilling aproduction projects. Some equipment, such as the IOS-designed Hydraulic Pipe Handler has been ordered in the hundreds, a client-directed upgrade of every working rig in their fleet. IOS maintains an ongoing library of each project for ongoing client-ordered equipment upgrades, refurbishments, and maintenance programs.
An important part of heave compensating equipment, the stand-alone CCTLF can be quickly and easily installed into the derrick. The CCTLF's compensating cylinders protect the tubing/casing string against tensile failure during DST and completion-type operations, affording tension relief from vessel heave (upwards and downwards motion).
