Bill Spring CPA grew up in the Southern Tier, after graduating from Clarkson University he lived in Dallas TX and attained his Texas CPA license in 1987. Now Bill has returned home and received his New York CPA license and is providing tax preparation, bookkeeping and accounting services to the local community.
