The original store was located in the downtown shopping center in Cairo, GA. The store was later moved to its current location on 2nd Ave. SE. Center Drugs continues to offer a full-service pharmacy and gift store at the same downtown location. Great customer service, and they are fast and always explain the information I need to understand. My new pharmacy.
Services
As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. As a LTCP, we provide continuous access to a pharmacist as well as offer emergency delivery of medication. Our main focus is to ensure that patients have access to their medication therapies in a timely manner.
Do you ever find it difficult to keep up with your medication refills and picking up your medications? If you answered yes, you may benefit from medication synchronization. Med Synchronization, also called Med Sync, is a program we offer here at the pharmacy to help synchronize your medication refills so that you will be able to pick up ALL of your medications on a single day each month.
Medication therapy management, otherwise known as MTM, is a term used for a program to help you manage your medications and health conditions. Do you want to know how best to take your medications to get the most from your medications?. Would you like to have a complete list of the medications you take for your personal use?.
You may find that you have been prescribed a number of medications, and that you need to take them at different times of the day. It can be difficult to keep track of what medication you need to take and when. We offer a multi-dose packaging that bundles your medications together by date and time. For example, all your medications that are to be taken in the morning will be packaged together in one pack.

Wonderful and knowledgeable pharmacists and staff. They are always willing to take a moment to give you that personal experience. The soda fountain is a favorite in our family and offers a variety of flavors. The gift shop never lets you down, whether you are looking for the perfect wedding, baby or birthday gift you can find it here. Center Drugs is a one stop shop.

Shanda and Drew Pyrz are the utmost professionals and genuinely care about their patients/clients. Connie Butler, another pharmacist, is also always more than cordial and takes the time to make sure you are well informed. Everyone is always able to help myself or my husband find medicines or vitamins that are the best for our changing lifestyle. I have had to take several medicines recently that required compounding and freezing. Center Drugs' staff always made sure I had what I needed ordered, mixed, and delivered on time! Even during a hurricane! I also love that they are open til 6PM on weekdays

Center Drugs is a locally owned, hometown pharmacy , where every customer is known by name and receives top notch care. No big name drug store feel here. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and always willing to help. They also have a great selection of current gift items, jewelry, and bridal registry. The soda fountain is a great added bonus. Center Drugs in Cairo is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable pharmacists and support personnel. The gift shop is huge and offers a selection of top brand gifts including jewelry, clothing, housewares, china, and local spirit items. Beautiful complimentary giftwrapping is also available. As a bonus, there is an old-fashioned soda fountain in the store that serves delicious treats.

This pharmacy in my opinion has an excellent staff and the owners Steve and Joel are awesome, they go out of their way to speak to their customers as a one on one basis. I would rate this pharmacy on a scale of 1_10. Its a 1010.
The store has memorable items from your first born to over the hill. Loll, they carry jewelry, purses, candles, favorite team memorabilia. Be sure to pay them a visit and tell them that Rite sent you. Have a blessed day.
