Fantastic service but REDICULOUS pricing. I bought a piece of 7/16 OSB sheathing and was charged 62.40 same item at the box stores 20 dollars less, really?! Is your OSB made from virgin wood or something, sorry just ticks me off. Please do not get me wrong I am super satisfied with your customer service, but please get a bit more competitive, I cant stay in business and shop with you.

I called Gray Lumber on what I assume to be a busy Saturday morning and the gentleman that answered the phone quickly found a special order item that I had purchased in 2016! He directed me to the salesman that placed the order back then and in under 10 minutes we were in business. Customer service for the win!! Thank you Gray Lumber!!

The company I work for sends me here for supplies. They always seem helpful and do a nice careful job loading my supplies.

This company is the WORST! My husband ordered lumber and trex decking 2 months ago for a job that he is starting now. Most wood was split in half, most trex had a scratches and gouges in them (mind you trex is a tough product that is scratch and gouge proof). My husband calls and speaks to Danny. Danny accused my husband of damaging the trex and wood. Says that my husband has to bring the trex back so they can determine if my husband did the damages or if it was a defect in the product. This company has the worst customer service. If we truly messed up the lumber and trex products we would be 100

I'll never use this place again. I'm a licensed contractor who has tried almost every lumber yard in the area and this is by far the worst. Their salesman are always super rude and short tempered, especially on the phone, and honestly don't really know what they're talking about. They won't even give you a quote over the phone. Their prices are extremely high for sub par lumber and sub par customer service. Go to Arrow, or in a pinch go to Mill Outlet, at least Mill Outlet has decent customer service.

Very helpful sales people at this location. I had made a special order that I no longer needed and asked to return it (not always something they can do). John was super helpful and fast. Would do business here again.

The customer service and available quality inventory was worth every penny for our project. high fives to the yard forklift operators for primo problem solving skills!

2020: I spent over $10k with Gray Lumber until I started to notice that depending who you talked to, the price for a stick of lumber would vary 15%. I sent them a letter and brought the discrepancy in price code to their attention and instead of making things right, they deleted my account!
2021: I called and asked them to quote 20 pieces of lumber and three sheets of plywood. $760 was their contractor price. An hour later, I talked to another guy and the price was $614 for the same order. 1/2 CDX was quoted at $96. A buddy called with his contractor account and was quoted $68 for 1/2 CDX.

They have great customer service and good quality Lumber. Their policies are quite a bit behind the times, rather surprising considering their clientele. I just left $2500 order and went to a competitor. Looking forward for them to change their policies.
I even offered to pay over the phone on the porch as a compromise. The competition is getting my business. Looking forward to the return of their quality service
