Installed our range hood incorrectly. It ended up falling, ripping a hole through our sheetrock, scratched up the sides of the cabinets and scratched our brand new stove. The company is refusing to take responsibility for scratching up our brand new stainless steel stove as well as not paying the full amount for us to fix our dry wall and cabinets. We called the day that it fell but we had to wait 22 days for them to come and rehang it, just so we could use our stove top. 22 days of the hood, hanging in our kitchen, by wires. Then they tried to deny responsibility, stating we must have caused it

Had a few small jobs to do and luckily when the little jobs were being done Dado found a bigger issue that could have been much worse if it was not found so early. Came back to repair drywall after the plumber fixed the issue on short notice so I could get everything ready for the house to go on sale. Great people to work with and the work is perfect.
