Dr. Cowan received her medical degree from East Carolina University and is board certified in Emergency Medicine. She has extensive training and certification in the use of injectables. Dr. Cowan also serves as the Laser Safety Officer of the practice. She has training and certification in laser use, including the Cynosure MPX Elite Laser System.
