Went there on MY ONLY DAY OFF to get my TIRES ROTATED, BALANCED & TO CHECK FOR A SLOW LEAK ON ONE.
They are NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. Acted like they DIDN'T HAVE THE TIME. WHEN THE GARAGE WAS EMPTY NO VEHICLES ON THE LIFT...AND I SAW SEEN PEOPLE JUST STANDING AROUND....
TERRIBLE!

I absolutely will always take my tire business here. The staff every single time makes me feel extremely welcome, they have a nice waiting area both inside and outside I was offered a water bottle this is my second time and each time I have been taking care of. Prices are extremely competitive and unlike the other shops in town they welcome you purchasing your own tires and taking them there to be mounted and balanced. At the other shops I have felt that because I got a good deal on purchasing the tires through the internet that they would make the profit off of the install, never at Teresa's have

Excellent alignment. Others in town could not get this right on my Camry. Teresa's accomplished this and the car drives like a dream. It makes sense that a company with expertise in body repair would be able to get the tire alignment right. And they rotated the tires without asking what crosswise meant.

This was the best tire and alignment shop experience I'd ever been too. I think the guy's name was Steve or something like that, very generous guy. Was quick to help me when I pulled up. He even gave me a free water bottle while I was patiently waiting for my rear wheels to be done along with an alignment. Most mechanics I come across are usually stuck up, but I was surprised today. 5 STARS.

Teresa’s Tire & Alignment is by far the place to go to get fast friendly and reliable service... I know it’s sounds corny but I’m am so truly thankful they were here for me today. I’m new in town and I called to get a new tire and I spoke with Megan, she is Awesome!!! She immediately greeted me and began looking for what I needed. They go above and beyond, not only did I receive fast friendly service but they picked me right up at home! That was a life saver!! You have a customer for life. Thanks guys you rock!
