I specifically scheduled for a window and siding cleaning of the house. When we scheduled for an appointment, the associate told us to remove the screens so that the windows could be cleaned from the outside. I asked whether they remove screens as a service, I was told that they don't. So, we removed the screens to make sure that the technician could access the windows outside.
When the technician came, he only cleaned the siding, without cleaning the windows. I was told that I had to schedule a different time for the window cleaning and that I had to pay extra. I was quoted more than the cost
