This was the renovation and restoration of an 8,200 square foot "Turn of the Century" building in one of Manhattan's historic districts. While providing modern improvements, including new windows, and code upgrades, the existing wall and ceiling details, as well as facade, were repaired or reconstructed to service one of New York's wealthiest neighborhoods.
Fourth restaurant alteration to an existing Downtown Millburn space. Introduced two new aluminum and glass overhead doors to expand the restaurant experience onto the newly expanded sidewalk. Renovated the facade to provide a new identity. The restaurateur provided new finishes, lighting and seating to re-brand the space.
