Surrounded by unparalleled natural beauty including 155 acres of the Cleveland Metroparks Acacia Reservation, Three Village is home to a total of 101 condos in Lyndhurst on 25 perfectly landscaped acres.

We understand that security is one of the primary concerns for our residents: thus, we have made it one of our top priorities. Three Village Condominiums prides itself on being one of the safest, most secure communities in the Cleveland area. A garage attendant is on duty from 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. seven days a week including holidays.

Whether you're fulfilling a New Year's Resolution, training for a half-marathon or just trying to keep in shape, Three Village's exercise room has the capacity to meet your needs. The Three Village exercise room is located in Building I on the south end of the lower level. Because improper use of the exercise room equipment can cause injury, please familiarize yourself with any devices you plan on using.

Owners at Three Village have six guest rooms available for their use; three in each building. All six rooms have private telephones and are equipped with Time Warner Cable. Maid and linen service are provided each day. Guests will be provided a space within the Three Village parking garage during their stay.
