Ron is the founder and owner of the firm. He has spent his entire career, over thirty years, in public accounting and, as a result, has a wide variety of experience serving business owners and individuals. He began his career performing audits with one of the largest CPA firms in the world but formed his own firm in 1981 and became an entrepreneur.
Our firm provides outstanding service to our clients because of our dedication to the three underlying principles of Trust, Quality and Personalized Service. Providing excellent service actually comes naturally to us. The decision to hire an accountant is a difficult one. In life, you must be able to trust the professionals you rely on: your doctor, your lawyer and your accountant.
The firm was originally established in southern Bergen County in December of 1981 by Ron Marchese. After spending two and a half years with an international accounting firm, (now KPMG, LLP), Ron saw an opportunity to serve individuals and small to medium sized companies - companies that need services that are more personalized and timely, at a reasonable cost.
As a small business owner you have more important things to do than to keep your own books. We take care of your books for you, so you can get back to the job of running your business and generating profits.
