The Prescription Shop

Hi, I’ve never visited this pharmacy before so I had a question about GoodRx. I don’t have insurance so I was wondering if you accept GoodRx?

Terrible place. Not efficient and when I call I am on the phone for at least 30 minutes. Would not recommend

Terrible pharmacy. They screwed up 3 of my prescriptions and refused to admit that they screwed up. I ended up having to go back to my doctor and get copies of my prescriptions and take them to Kroger to be filled. When I confronted the prescription shop with new copies of my previous prescriptions they denied even receiving the prescriptions. I'll never go back to this place, it cost me $100 to make an appointment with owassa for new prescriptions. Save your money and your sanity, go elsewhere for your prescription filling.

Use these guys instead of the giant chain pharmacies. You will get better, individualized care through an independent pharmacy vs. the giant chain, assembly line pharmacies. These people are members of our community and I feel safe filling my meds here.

Customer service and friendliness is non existent! My mother in law has been waiting a for a week on a medicine and they didn't call to let her know it had arrived. The lady was rude to her on the phone. After saying thank you, she says, "Mmmhmm" and hangs up.

Always friendly, they stay busy but I usually get my prescriptions in a timely manner. This is the only pharmacy I use now. They've been around for years providing great care to their customers.

A transfer was givien to CVS in Rome, GA. For some reason prescription number given was exchanged for another one. Rather than checking if the amount, times per day, or even the doctor was the same, it was considered that the much older prescription was good enough simply because the name of the medication was the same. Im upset that CVS did not question the change and neither pharmacy made any attempt to contact me. The Prescription Shop has been closed since 5pmSaturday and does not open until Monday.

We have had several problems with them over the years. One recently where they marked in their system that they gave me my meds and I received some but not all of mine . So I had to be without my meds for two or three weeks. And then when I told them about it I was made out like I was trying to get more than my usual, mind you they were antacid pills lol nothing to be stealing. Also they are very slow on receiving the prescriptions from doctors and sometimes say they never sent them. I've been there for years but recently it's just went downhill. Gonna change to a different shop soon.

We had an emergency happen and went to hospital across the street. After X-ray were told a bone in Wife’s foot was broken and were told to go to the prescription shop for a boot to wear for 6 weeks. The lady there was so helpful and friendly and took care of all our needs. Having to wear one herself she set my wife at ease. Excellent job and wife is on the mend. THANK YOU

Everyone is sweet, but everytime I went to pick up my compound medication they were NEVER ready on time. The pharmacist was on vacation, he had an emergency, or someone didn't do there job when I called to refill my medicine. After countless letdowns I switched pharmacys to a place where they cared more about my health. I didn't want to remain a customer here regardless of they're cheaper prices if they can't be professional and fill my medication on time. I gave 2 stars because all the staff were always kind to me.
