As a general note, I wanted to additionally share that we've seen a marked improvement on the quality of service/cleaning since the transition to Trotter Industries. The facility is considerably cleaner, smells fresher, and the waxing this time around removed some rust spots that were left in the past.

We are one of Milwaukee's premier janitorial providers. We are the preferred partner for some of the area's largest and most prestigious office complexes, and health-care facilities. At Trotter Industries, LLC, we clean commercial facilities from 1,000 square feet up to 200,000 square feet and 1-7 days per week, day or night.
The range of janitorial services that we provide is extensive and very flexible so it can be customized to meet your facilities needs. From general office cleaning, to specialized cleaning, Trotter Industries, LLC will handle all of your properties requirements making it safe, clean and appealing. The four regular services are dusting/wiping, vacuuming/mopping, restrooms and miscellaneous items, such as trash removal.
