Highly recommended for all your Subaru needs. My engine had to be taken apart and rebuilt, the dealership did all they could but they were 4 months behind on fixing the other vehicles they had there. The team at Flatline motorsports were able to pick up my car from the dealership and have it fixed within 9 days.
Flatline Motorsports LLC shall provide a limited warranty covering the work performed under the terms of the auto repair contract. This warranty shall last for a period of six (6) calendar months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the completion of authorized repairs.
During the warranty period, Flatline Motorsports LLC will, at its sole cost and expense, correct any defects in workmanship related to the repairs performed in relation to this contract.This warranty covers labor only, and does not extend to any parts used for repairs.

My Subaru Outback just turned 2 years old this month and I just had my 30 K service performed. I brought the car in and hung out for the few hours needed to complete the work. I telecommute these days so I'm able to work from Subaru as easily as working from home. The atmosphere is excellent, the snacks and drinks really nice and as always the service is just far and above any I ever experienced before getting my outback! Love my car, love the service I receive at Subaru of Las Vegas. I just can't say enough about the incredible crew there!

Good sales and vehicle delivery experience. Only negative was the dealership's refusal to add all weather mats for $129.00 to the purchase price. The answer I received from the dealership is that they weren't selling a lot of cars. Couldn't manage it. Sales staff must be applying for food stamps. Part of the love experience, if you know what I mean.
It also took longer than expected to get registration info. Had to call the dealership to prompt them. Only Subaru dealership in town. No competition.

From day 1 my experience with Subaru has been positive. I had great sales team that took the time to go over all the different vehicles options and with test drives and back and forth with color and availability we were there till long after the dealership closed. (I know its their job to make the sale but there was never any pressure to buy and even when I said well let me think it over tonight I was handed a card and some print outs for what I looked at and a smile never left my sales associates face.) My Forester started making a scary sound on the freeway on our way back from Utah headed to Los Angeles, we were near this dealership so made our way over. They got us in within 30 min, even though they were very busy and booked up and found the problem super quick! Gio was the one that helped us and he was so amazing! These guys are nothing but crooks and thieves. At the end of 2018, around October, I started talking with the owner, Dom, about a build. We laid out the details, agreed upon the price and Dom said the car would be done around January of 2019. I paid half of the bill for parts and Dom said he got started. In January, there was no car, no communication, and no updates. Dom requested the other half of the bill and explained it was because they needed it to fix issues with the car. So from this point on, the entire bill for the car is paid for. Eventually Dom started to make excuses. Oh we moved shop

This shop is the slowest shop to get work done... don't ever pay them the amount due until after the work is completed!!! Once paid, your car goes to the back of the list, everyone else gets their car done so they can get paid...
I can't believe the amount of money paid to this shop with nothing but empty promises... nobody returns calls, can't follow through with their word!
Who in their right minds takes over a month to do a motor swap when promised half that time.

I brought a 2011 wrx hatch to flatline for a pre purchase inspection. I flew in from out of state so there was a bit of coordination to set up an appointment. All the communication prior to my arrival was easy and accommodating. Once at the shop, Dominic was very easy going and straight forward as far as cost and options for how we could proceed. Once the inspection was complete we went over all the options and we decided what should be done. Oil, plugs, valve cover gasket, diff fluid, 1 tire, alignment, front end adjustment and tune had me all set for the 550 mile drive home.

The shop is amazing, the crew is 2nd to none. Upfront on pricing, they don't mind taking a few mins to answer a question or two, and always give their honest opinion( even if it's not the answer you want to hear). Check them out, highly recommended. Don't believe the bad reputation from a few bad apples that didn't get their way so they are out to tarnish a good shop. Let the shops craftsmanship speak for it's self. I wouldn't take my Subaru to anyone else.

I heard a lot of things about dom and flatline as you can read below, but here's my story. My wrx was at another local subie shop for about 6 months, all that needed done was a clutch master cylinder, and some tuning with maybe a couple misc. things also because I just got some bolt ons and switched to e85. 6 months go by, car still runs bad, and can't pass smog. Finally decide to take my loss at the other place and came to flatline after I talked to dom, he got my car to pass smog and drive 100times better within a day. This is probably one of the worst habitual displays of poor management, unethical ineptitude, and outright con artists I've seen. If you like to gamble this is the shop for you. Maybe you'll get your car fixed maybe you won't, maybe you'll get what you paid for maybe you'll get autozone parts or they'll say they never got them. Its hard enough finding someone who can do quality work in Vegas and you definitely don't need to be fooled by one of this shops groupies into taking that risk. Another example of how not to do business. I wish I didn't have to write this but the damage is so extensive to the vehicle that I have no other option. Dom and his team have shown over and over how unprofessional and unknowledgeable they are. I would advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere for quality work.

Terrible place to bring your car to. I wouldn't take your car here to get worked on if you want it to get fixed in a timely manner or get it fixed properly. Owners are crooks and make you pay for work you never got done on your car. The store motto should me "flatline where you take your car to die" the name of the business is fitting.

The owner dom assaulted me over me taking my receipt that I had argued with him to even get it. He also charged me for work he did not complete.
He has done this to multiple people
He also hid my car from me for weeks and had his staff not allow me to go see my car.
It got to the point that one of his own workers reached out to me about how he was ruining my car. Check out all the calicuim he let drop on to my car. Do not go here. I new him on a friendly basis and he still did me wrong.

I got several price quotes to prepare my budget, and Dom at Flatline managed to secure an OEM part for my car, and gave me the best deal possible!
I scheduled an appointment for the part replacement with complete evap/removal, and recharge of freon into the system, all done within a couple hours... With new a/c compressor installed a week ago I am very pleased with the timeliness and results of the repair and service!!! Thank you Dom at

Great people great mechanics. Dom and Frank worked on 3 of my cars including my Subie. Great communication every step of the way, starting with Nicole at the front desk. Cars were done right the next day as promised, my wife's car was delivered right to our house by Dom himself as I was at work and my wife had no way of picking it up and need it for work.
