they are quick and responsive when it comes to getting you on board to sue a builder but when it comes to issuing the checks after the settlement, no responses to emails or phone. that should tell you how unprofessional and unreliable they are as legal counsel

Absolutely terrible customer service and communication. They approached me about a class action for the builders of my home. Sent out inspectors, signed some paperwork, then after the case I never heard from them again. Reached out over 10 time via phone and email and they never gave me my settlement check nor gave me any information around what was actually wrong with my house so I could fix it. Very upsetting and I am currently looking into legal action I can take against them.

Got a settlement letter from them for a class action against my home builder. Letter said I would receive the settlement amount. It's been about 4 years and I still haven't received the check. Been trying to call them for the past 3 months. Their phone numbers don't work. They never pick their phone and never answer to voicemails. A law firm that scams people. Learn how to run a damn law firm. Will pursue legal action against this law firm.
