The Spa at Randolph is extremely accommodating. Also all the stylists Fran, Josephine, Terry, Stephanie you can't go wrong with any of them. Josephine did a miracle to my hair that I had gotten a horrible cut I DID NOT ASK FOR, AND COLOR THAT WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL LOOKING. LOOKED LIKE 7 DIFFERENT COLORS OUT OF A BOX. ONLY TWO APPOINTMENTS AND I ADORE MY HAIR.
