We take an individual approach with our residents. This approach allows us to look at each resident's needs and work closely with them, their family and doctor to provide tailored care services. The Inn At Northwood Village is a premier assisted living residence. Each private suite has been designed to offer the optimum in comfort, security and privacy.
At The Inn At Northwood Village we recognize that individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's disease require special care and services. We are passionate about helping our residents live their lives to the fullest by engaging them in activities and programs designed to enhance their independence and quality of life.
The Inn At Northwood Village is an equal opportunity employer. We do require that our new employees have a physical completed (by our medical director or their own doctor) and pass background checks. We have various departments including Business Office, Marketing, Nursing, Dietary, Maintenance, and Housekeeping.

When you help out, you're making a difference in the lives of residents, employees and the overall organization. It doesn't take doing anything drastic to make a difference.

This used to be a nice place. Poor management, even though it's changed numerous times, continues to run it more poorly than the previous batch of managers. A lot of good aides left, including myself, because care of the residents is not a priority. I loved my job there, but refuse to work for a place that will not listen to the caregivers. Corporate was just as bad. Too many aides working in the enhanced care\dementia unit that had no compassion for residents or were even willing to take time to learn how to work properly with these type of residents. Food rarely prepared properly a lot of times

Would not recommend. I trusted them with my father for a 4 day respite care stay. He was never bathed. His clothes changed once.I was never called. Director, Darla, told me he was resistant and they needed time to build trust. I should have been called. I thought it was their job to maintain clean hygiene. So disappointed in my dear father's care. Staff confirmed he was overlooked and apologized. No offers to compensate are expenses at all. Highly disappointed and sad I trusted them with my father. I will never recommend this facility. Do not let the pretty buildings fool you. Horribly upsetting

As a past resident, I would NOT recommend this facility! There are NO activities for able-bodied and able-minded people, the staff is not friendly and though the breakfasts are very good, other meals lack taste and nutrition. Although it may look good one the outside, the interior management and organization needs attention.

When I visited the facility I felt the amenities were top notch. They have a beauty shop, theater room, laundry service, Ice cream parlor, dining room and all the amenities you could want for a loving family member.
The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. The rooms are nice sized and very clean.
They have activities that keep the residents engaged in and active.
They have a very nice courtyard for the residents to get outside as weather permits.
The residents have a very comfortable lifestyle with all their new friends their own age around them.
