My husband and I closed escrow on a small house in Encino built in 1949 that needed everything, especially vision to make it a fresh modern house. To our great fortune, we met Belin Davidov of Mega Builders, Inc. We were convinced, after our initial meeting with Belin at our new house, that we were on the same page.

I am so happy I ended up working with Mega Buiilders. Belin was a pleasure to work with and always responsive to my calls and concerns. Our house turned out even better than I anticipated. An amazing renovation this turned out to be! We waited a very long time to take on doing such a major reno and are so delighted with the way everything turned out. The workmanship, attention to detail, customer service and efficiency with which this job was done, was definitely worth the time and money spent. Our designer, along with his team of professionals, committed themselves to providing us with a breathtaking and functional kitchen and washroom. We couldn't be happier and wish we had done this sooner!!

We had Mega Builders, Inc People finish our basement this fall and are very happy with the entire process. All the Trades arrived as scheduled and were courteous and advised about and explained what they were going to do. We are very happy with our new basement that was completed on schedule.

Building or remodeling an entire house is never simple or easy. No matter how much you plan, there will always be surprises and things won't always go the way you wanted. I was interested in home remodeling for a while. The thing that kept me from starting the process was that there are always so many different opinions on what should go where , cost , timeline of the project etc.
It takes someone with a lot of knowledge and a ton of experience to work with someone like me. This is due to the fact that I am very meticulous with how I want things done , the completed look and the overall updates that come with a lengthy process.
Our homes are our Queendoms , and i wanted to feel like a queen at the end of the day. Coming home needs to feel relaxing , open , clean

Mega Builders has done two jobs for me in the last year. Both times I experienced quality work and 100% professionalism. It's very difficult today to find a decent and honest contractor to do your work and I trust these guys 100% and will continue to use them in any future jobs I may have. Great job guys!

Its with great disappointment that soon after construction/remodeling started that we got to know the real Belin, the owner. They were completely disorganized, no customer service and no communication. He would just do things without letting us know and had an excuse for every mishap. Finally after the job was "completed," little did we know that it wasn't. Hardscape was done improperly, plumbing wasn't done correctly, and to top it all off, our beautifull hardwood floors which cost us an arm and a leg are squeaking all over, unleveled and dip In some places which makes it unsafe
