I'm Doug, owner of For Shore Painting. Like any home improvement project, painting a house can be stressful. My role is to ensure everything goes smoothly through each and every step. Upon purchasing a new home in West Long Branch with my boyfriend, I needed some work done to update, sand, and paint a wood paneled bedroom and a general painting/spruce up in our living room and dining room. I contacted Doug and he returned my call and email immediately with quotes. His crew was so friendly, on-time, and professional. I picked up the paint myself and they told me the accurate amounts of everything needed. Their work was a perfect way to start off our personal touches and updating in our new home. Doug and his employees were exceptional. After receiving close to 15 estimates from various contractors I knew For Shore would be the one. They were professional, knowledgeable, talented and extremely helpful. Doug’s painters left the house neat and clean each time they left and my interior paint job is absolutely beautiful! I will definitely be using them again!

I hired Doug from For Shore Painting last summer to paint my aluminum sided colonial home.
Doug was super nice, professional, and easy to work with. He was up front about pricing and was very communicative..answering any questions I had about priming and paint types, what colors would look best, and what results I should expect.
His crew did a great job and the house looks fantastic. He didn’t cut any corners and I paid a fair price. I constantly get compliments from the neighbors about how good the house looks.
