A late review but No Sweat deserves the recognition. If you are looking for an honest and hard-working team of professionals with AC - look no more!!
They went above and beyond to find a new AC unit and saved the family vacation. On the Wednesday before the July 4 weekend I arrived to find the AC unit died. Not only did their tech come quickly and honestly assess the problem, but he didn’t try to sell a fix that wouldn’t last. As we debated cancelling the rest of the arrivals, No Sweat was working the phones and found us a unit. By Friday morning they were onsite and installing the new AC

They arrived promptly. Were respectful of wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing . Listened to what I said about my problem. Explained what they found and what needed to be done to repair it. Worked very professionally. Price was very reasonable. Cleaned up when finished. High recommend them

Earlier in the week, I scheduled an appointment to have my HVAC system inspected for placement on a service plan and the installation of a smart thermostat. The appointment was scheduled for Saturday morning at 9:00. I drove several hours to our beach house for the appointment. I was told that I would receive a call on Saturday morning to confirm… the appointment. When I did not receive the call, I called and spoke with a gentlemen and I was told that they do not work on Saturday unless it is an emergency. We have been using No Sweat for several years now and they have always done a fantastic job.
