TTI Oil was founded in 2009 by Elias Gutierrez, Daniel Villarreal, and Octavio Arrambide - three friends and former co-workers turned business partners who had a vision to create an instrumentation and controls service company that excelled in the implementation of automation projects.
TTI was formed because the three owners saw a need for additional support in fabricating, assembling, testing, commissioning, and automating, instrumentation and control projects.TTI is headquartered in Houston, Texas but is 100% mobile and can travel execute projects throughout the United States and abroad.

The TTI-175-S Pressure test unit for pressure testing up to 5,000 psi and 4.5 gallons per minute, utilizes the advantages of Triplex Pump. Lightweight easy to move with a forklift ideal for providing hydrostatic pressure testing and actuation of different equipment including BOP functional testing hydraulic bolt tensioning, emergency hydraulic power, jacking, crimping, open and close, etc.
TTI offers international and domestic offshore and onshore services for troubleshooting, repair work, and new construction. TTI Oil also offers Tubing installation and integration, bending, fabrication, and installation of various instrumentation systems. TTI Oil has the capacity to turnkey manufacturing and fabrication of custom instrumentation control systems that are built to customer specifications and requirements on-site or at our facility.
ORFS - Consists of tubing with O-Ring Face, which seals against a straight thread, flat seated ORFS Fittings. TTI Oil is trained and qualified to perform many different tube and pipe flaring application including ORFS Flare. We have bent, flared, installed, tested, and calibrated tubing and pipe on various types of equipment including: Drilling Rigs, Plants, Refineries, and many other Hydraulic Equipment.
TTI Coils Division, develops and fabricates custom tubing coils utilizing cutting, bending, forming, coiling, and end closure manipulation. We have capacity to prepare ends with Flare, Cone and Thread, Compression, and/or Weld. The possibilities are endless. Our large volume purchasing allows us in some cases to cut, form, and deliver your metal coils, in some cases, for less cost than material alone.

TTI helped me out once in a time of need. It was an urgent escalation. The president himself came out for the job late one night and early the next morning. I didn't find out he was the President until a year later when I was looking at the company's website. It's always nice to know the people leading the company can do the work and are humble enough about it.
Their downside is being able to schedule within a few days notice on other projects but I believe this is because they perform great work and are professional, so the business keeps coming for them. Plus, we are a smaller company so if
