Called them 1-1/2 hours after they said they would arrive. First call guy said hold on. After 10 minutes call disconnected. Called him back and he said he wasn't coming and that we had to call our roadside assistance to get someone else. Um, couldn't you pick up the phone and let us know!!! No explanation. No apology. Unbelieveable. Work on your customer service! RS came out within an hour.

Bought an old pick up and had Advanced tow it to my home in Marion County; am very pleased with their service. Brett did a great job even though his truck had a flat tire on the way over. Shows that it happens to ALL of us! He got back on the road quickly and delivered the old pick up without a hitch. If I ever need a tow again in Citrus County, I know who to call!

Curtis from Advanced Towing was an absolute breath of fresh air ! He was so easy to work with and helped out in every aspect of our situation . Picked up every call in a timely manner , very helpful and easy to talk to .Assisted in the best way possible and advised us in certain situations best as possible . I definitely recommend anyone to use Advanced Towing I would definitely use them again if need be . Thank you so much I can't say it enough! we were blessed in such a crazy situation . 🙂

We needed professional service after Carter's towing did a poor job, and then not towing when we wouldn't sign a waiver after damages. Jacob, from Advanced towing, showed up quickly, advised us of everything that could go wrong due to existing damage, and proceeded to raise the truck and deliver it where we needed it to go. Very professional, friendly, courteous, and price was reasonable. Would recommend this company to anyone needing their service. Thanks, Jacob, job well done.

Chris was very nice and helpful. He was there when they said he would be and he gave me a call when he was close by. While be unloaded the truck he let me go inside and take care of everything with TirePlus so when I was done with them he was done with the truck and it saved me so much time.

We were on a motorcycle ride with friends and stopped for lunch in Crystal River. When leaving, our friends’ kickstand snapped and his bike fell on him injuring his hip. After he was transported to the hospital we faced the task of getting his bike home. We called Advance and we were very pleased with their response. Josh arrived and quickly and efficiently loaded the bike on his truck. We accompanied him to our friends house where he not only unloaded the bike but safely got in the garage. He was amazing and we would definitely recommend this company!!

GREAT COMPANY!! We were in Crystal River on a little get away and our van wouldn't start after dinner. I called several phone numbers for towing companies in Crystal River and even though they said 24 hours they didn't answer their phones so I called Advanced Towing in Inverness. He answered right away and said he'd send someone, said it would be within the hour since they were further away. However, they were there in 30 minutes or less!! Driver was very nice and helpful, let me charge my phone in the truck while he was checking out the van and getting ready to tow. He suggested a local company

Our vehicle broke down on deserted southern CR 491 (Lecanto Hwy) after dark. Our roadside service dispatched Advanced Towing. Rich was there 40 mins sooner than estimated. He is very personable (a Veteran may I add) and seems to genuinely like his job. As a woman I would have felt at ease riding with him had my husband not already come to see if it was an easy fix. He didn't try to sell us on taking it to a shop. Was happy to bring to our home. Rich took very good care of my Ruby. I will request Advanced again "if" I need a tow or lockout. Thanks again!
