Plastic surgery is a surgical specialty involving the restoration, reconstruction, or alteration of the human body. It can be divided into two categories. The first is reconstructive surgery which includes craniofacial surgery, hand surgery, microsurgery, and the treatment of burns. Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) includes surgery of the upper and/or lower lids.

It is less often nowadays that you'll meet a truly knowledgeable and genuine plastic surgeon that actually cares about his/her patient, especially in LA area. I feel that Dr Tang checks all the boxes and makes you feel very comfortable about the procedure and the process bc obviously one of my biggest concerns was the post-op recovery but he didn't sugar coat anything and got me ready for what to expect and I'm thankful for it. Definitely recommend him!

De. Tang doesn't listen to his patients. I had a breast implant replacement. When my husband and I went to meet him I told him I want to go up a size bigger on my breast, I used the words big and fake. After surgery I still wear the same bra size as I did before my surgery my breast look the same as before, saggy and small. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr Tang is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. I had a finger infection and was treated in the nearest urgent care but the antibiotics that they prescribed me was not helping at all. I met Dr Tang he was really patient, professional and nice. He treated me right away and gave the right antibiotics that I needed. I was able to see the results in the next day. Professional doctors like Dr Tang only needs one visit to cure you! Would definitely recommend him for all needs!

Dr Tang operated on my index finder, which suffered an unexpected interaction with a table saw. The tendon and nerves were severed. Dr Tang operated in the ER and repaired the damage. My finger moves again! Yay! Thank you Dr Tang! Without your careful and precise handling, I would not be able to use the good ole pointer.

I went to Dr Tang this week for Botox and fillers and am super HAPPY with the results! He took his time evaluating my needs and administered the treatment with surgical precision. March 2, 2019 I was walking on the treadmill in my garage. I opened the garage door half way to smell the rain. I tied up my 2 year old Pit Bull because she is a runner and left my 14 year old Boxer loose because it's hard for her to even get up anymore. Well someone walked by with their dog and my Boxer decided to charge them. She wouldn't have done anything but startle the owner and that is exactly what she did because I wasn't able to catch her before the garage door slammed me to the ground. My husband and I are so thankful to Dr. Lawton Tang for saving my husbands thumb. My husband nearly amputated his thumb and during the emergency visit to the hospital, they suggested a plastic surgeon, Dr. Tang stepped up. At the time we thought his thumb would be an amputation. Dr. Tang has magic hands!
I was bitten on my face by a Doberman and had several lacerations. Dr. Tang did my sutures in the ER almost 2 weeks ago - 2 of the hardest weeks of my life. He told me not to get my bandages wet, but that was not easy when the only thing that was consistent for those 2 weeks were my tears. I hadn't seen my face without bandages until this morning at my follow up appointment. I am amazed. It's almost invisible where he sewed me back together. Although I have a few months ahead of me with bandages to prevent scarring, this is the best news I could have received

Dr. Tang is a 5 star surgeon. I was an A cup all my life and hesitant to do breast augmentation but once I met Dr. Tang, I was sold!
