My son broke his leg from sledding. The staff and Dr. Griesman were all Amazing! From the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor we received top-notch service. My son was very scared and Dr. Greisman and his nurse, Sharon, were both so gentle and kind with him. Thanks for making a traumatic event less traumatic for my little guy.

Show up 30 minutes before your appointment to fill out your paperwork they said, an hour and a half later, still haven’t got to me. When asked what the delay was, they respond with oh that’s just a Monday. Thanks for wasting my time

This would be a five star if not for the long wait times once you get there and the difficulty getting anyone to answer the phone...ALL THAT ASIDE: Dr. Cummings was great, spent time with me (probably why the waits are long) and gave me options regarding surgery. Surgery came out great, aftercare was excellent. They accept Tri-West for Veteran's Choice. I am now making an appointment for knee replacement.

Dr. Joel K. Troop and Mr. Sheaman, PA-C are very kind. From asking around, most agree that they are a very talented group, the best in the state.
They are helpful and take the time to discuss questions with you--WHEN you can get to them, however. Phone calls put you in an endless loop, only to dump you in a phone mailbox--and they have never returned a single call I made. Suggestion: How about an email address where we can ask questions or voice concerns--or how about answering your phone messages? Even a place to ask a quick question through texting or Facebook private message would be such a
