The Inn At Chapel Grove is an equal opportunity employer. We do require that our new employees have a physical completed (by our medical director or their own doctor) and pass background checks. We have various departments including Business Office, Marketing, Nursing, Dietary, Maintenance, and Housekeeping.

If you are putting a loved one in this residence please be forewarned by a professional chef. After working there I've seen some things that are severe violations of food/ sanitary codes. I've seen employees that berate and cuss the residents. There is no accountability there AT ALL. It's a bunch of millennials and younger they work there and they are left to do whatever they want. They have an animal that roams freely, even in food prep areas. There's cross contamination. There's inadequate supervision and training. After being physically threatened by one of those kids

This is by far one of my favorite places to volunteer. Inside it resembles that of a ski resort more than it does a nursing home. They have three separate areas: independent living, assistant living and special care. I usually help in the independent and assistant living side, so I've never had to experience the depressing atmosphere that one usually attaches to nursing homes. I really do have a blast when I come out here though. The ladies that live here are absolutely hilarious. There's been too many times where I've literally left in tears from laughing so hard together
