Went here today around noon , just to be told that they don’t accept walk ins only by appointments only when the person right before me was a walk-in . Also, the lady at the desk went to ask her “boss” if she could accept walk ins and could overhear the boss down the hall being extremely rude . Saying “put a sign on the door saying we don’t accept walk ins , I know most of them don’t read anyway but it might deter a few of them “ like all of the patients were basically idiots . I will NEVER return to this place as they were completely unprofessional , rude and just turning people

The nurse that took my vitals, etc was wonderful but the doctor was unfriendly and cold. I felt like I was a bother to her. I had glass in my finger and wanted it removed. They sent me to a surgeon which was OK.
They called in antibiotics to my pharmacy and didn't inform me. I found that out when I went to the surgeon. Unpleasant experience., but I did get a tetanus which was overdue

If you need a band aid, this is the place for you. If you need actual medical attention go to a real doctor or a real urgent care. This place is a sham. They charged my insurance $95 when all I did was go in and fill out the paperwork just to be told they dont carry medicine and cant help me. I dont know what kind of work ethic they have to think they deserve to be paid for literally doing nothing. I actually have to work to pay for my health insurance and am not going to let them get paid and will be reporting it as fraud to UHC. If talking paid the bills they'd be rich, but it doesnt so maybe

Drove 45 minutes to this urgent care, whose hours state that they are open until 7pm. Arrived at 6:30, but was denied care because they quit seeing patients 30 minutes before closing. Told me I could drive another 30 minutes to the urgent care in Glen Dale. Needless to say, if you need medical attention do not go here unless you go in the middle of the day.
