To start off they did a great job on my daughter's hair. It looks amazing.
But when I booked the appointment I was told it will be $65. Then when she was having her hair done, they did highlights instead of a dye job....wasn't told that was more.
Then the lady told my daughter she would cut off her split ends....never asked if that was ok and never said it was going to cost more.
The lady told me upfront that I had to pay cash because she doesn't have a card reader yet....wasn't told before the appointment. So had to use their ATM or drive around to find one. Got charged $3 to be use the ATM

Hands down the best experience I have had when it comes to hair care and services in years!!!! I have never had good luck when it comes to finding a stylist that actually listens and understands what I want, much less deliver an end result I was happy with, until I went to Sandy!!!!! She genuinely listened to me and made me feel so welcome and like I was talking to an old friend, absolute perfection!!!!!

I put my head in Cheri's hands and she works wonders. She's made me into Rainbow Brite when I decided I wanted colors, saved my hair (from a product that shall remain unnamed) from turning into dry hay, and most recently, lopping off a good 6 inches of my long hair to give me the cutest hair I've had in years. When you go into this place, you feel like you're among friends, and after the first time you leave, you want to come back because you realized how awesome they really are. 5 stars isn't high enough. I'd like to give them 7!

I went to Cherie to have a perm that someone else did, redone. She listened to what I wanted, looked at at my hair and asked questions. She suggested long layers to start which I used to have years ago. That sprung up my perm. Then after re-evaluating, she suggested we wait another month to reperm. She was concern about damaging my hair with another perm. She was concerned about my hair and not just about the money. I agreed. She was concerned about not giving me what I am wanted. Cherie was absolutely amazing! She was professional enough to ask for a photo of my current hair (then) and what I wanted. The price was VERY affordable for what I had done! There are not enough kind words in the world to describe her and the salon. I found my new PERMANENT stylist! Thanks Cherie!!!!!
