The main characteristics I was looking for in a professional tax service is customer service and ethics. Unfortunately with Tim Edwards Tax service I did not get either. I couldn't trust what services my money would get me or the competence of the business to provide the services they list. I am going to take my business elsewhere and I hope they learn customer service skills and honesty.
