Services
From Phoenix, take Interstate 17 to the AZ 69 turnoff to Prescott. Then take the Sheldon Street off ramp and proceed, turning right at the light at Montezuma. It becomes Whipple Street after one mile, and then, one mile later, Whipple will become Iron Springs Road. Go north on it for about 14 miles.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Cannot say enough good things about this venue. All of our questions during planning were answered quickly and thoroughly (and there were a LOT with my mom also being a wedding planner in another town). When it came to the big day, the weather decided it didn't want to cooperate and it rained the entire day with no breaks. Carolyn (the owner) was on site and came in to give us updates every hour or so while we were getting ready. She was so kind and attentive and made sure I knew they were on top of everything and held out as long as possible before ultimately

This venue is beautiful, unique, serene, secluded, intimate and just overall, perfect.
If you want a peaceful and intimate wedding it would be this venue. I've been looking all around for a perfect venue something that offers so much beauty. I always wanted a garden wedding but when I saw this venue I was in love. It's basically like a garden to me even tho it's a ranch because this has so much plants PLUS they have animals! They have black Labradors & they're so well trained! Super cute plus we also rented a horse for photos! He was such a sweet horse!

We had our wedding at van Dickson on 9/4/21. Carolyn and Paul have been amazing through the whole process. We booked in 2018 for a 2020 wedding and had to keep moving the date back due to Covid and it was so easy to work with them on the changes. We visited the ranch multiple times over the years and they are constantly making improvements. The cost is so affordable. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. It’s a unique outdoor wedding venue and I can’t imagine having my wedding anywhere else. The food is delicious, we hired shuttles for our guests to/from downtown Prescott. Overall we are

We had our wedding here a couple weeks ago. What a beautiful place! Our guests were amazed at its beauty. The Van Dickson Ranch was an amazing and professional experience from start to finish. They were very responsive and allowed us to tour a few times to show family and friends. The day of the wedding we unfortunately had some heavy rains, but they were so on top of everything and we were still able to have our ceremony out under the trees! Their wedding coordinator was super sweet and very communicative. We truly couldn’t have had a more perfect day, everything ran so smoothly! I cannot say enough how absolutely perfect Van Dickson Ranch was for our wedding day... Carolyn was so sweet and generous throughout the entire process - from start to finish! Great communication and the pricing was very reasonable in comparison to other places we toured. When our daughter choose the venue in Prescott for her wedding reception we liked it well enough for the reception but simply could not see our daughter getting married on a stage. Her father said his cathedral was in nature! Van Dickson ranch could not have been more perfect

When booking with the Van Dickson Ranch, do not use Coreen Van Orden for your bartending services. She is a suggested vendor by the venue, however, I highly suggest you do not utilize her. After collecting my money, she failed to communicate with me and stopped responding to my emails or calls. I advised her that I did not want her services any longer and she refused to return my $375 down payment (I advised I wished to cancel 6 months before the wedding). No where in her contract does it have any statement about cancelled events nor does it state she is unwilling to return payments made. I advised

I didn't realize how smooth weddings can be until I started paying more attention at others. We have been to 2 other weddings after attending a wedding at The Van Dickson Ranch. Seeing those really showed how well Paul and Carolyn handled everything from start to finish. The other weddings were improvised skits in comparison. Paul and Carolyn really set the bar high!

This wedding venue is amazing! Being new to the area, and needing to find a venue for my daughter's wedding, a neighbor recommended the VDR. From the moment I had my first communication with Carolyn and Paul, my daughter and I were convinced this was the right venue.

I'm the type of person who hates going to weddings and almost didn't except a friend's invite for their daughter's a couple of months ago, but with my daughter being part of the wedding party I felt obligated. Now that my daughter, who lives in Phoenix, is planning her wedding I'm glad that I did and know where she is going to enjoy her big day.

October 22nd, 2016 will definitely be a day to remember! Van Dickson Ranch is truly a place of natural beauty and where dreams come true! Carolyn and Paul were very good at communicating back and forth with us in making sure that we had what we needed. It was a great success despite hitting a few snags in preparation on our part, but that wasn't going to stop our day from happening! The staff at Van Dickson Ranch handled it like pros! Wow I can't explain how wonderful Carolyn and Paul are at Van Dickson ranch. They go over and beyond to make u feel like family there. I also think I started a tradition for the Van Dickson ranch my husband and I got married there on sep 25th 2016 and we asked if we could serve our guest and she said yes that's absolutely a great idea. Our daughter's wedding at Van Dickson Ranch this past Saturday was absolutely remarkable. Carolyn and Paul, the owners, were outstanding. From the minute we arrived to set up Carolyn put us at ease. We were worried because rain was in the forecast but we were determined the ceremony was going to take place on their beautiful lawn rain or shine. My niece recently had her wedding at this ranch. When we arrived the morning of the wedding to decorate the tables were not set up according to what we requested. Carolyn was very nice when my sister and neice booked and paid for the wedding but many details were overlooked by her and her husband Paul.
