Got a quote on some vehicle decals a while back but ended up going with someone else. Nothing wrong with the price he gave, but went with someone else. I was looking to get my vehicle lettered up again after getting painted, so I went in to get a quote and got nothing but an attitude because I didn't use him last time. Wouldn't even give me a quote, but didn't hold back on attitude. I will never go here for anything ever again.

I hate leaving bad reviews anywhere. But today was the last straw. Took a vehicle into get lettered. Paid $280.00 but when driver picked it up took pictures and sent to me I was shocked.i asked for thick fonts. But what I got was our buisness phone number huge. Our logo was so thin. Driver even told me when he picked up his cab he wasn't expecting the job to look like mixed matched lettering that was purchased from wallmart. So this morning I called and first thing was an attitude when I explained the problem with the lettering being so big on phone number and small logo's I was told sorry cant

R & S Screen Printing gave the Illinois Secretary of State Office the best service for our face covering orders. All of the face coverings we're done professionally and in a timely manner. Tim and Ryan's face coverings were a big hit in all of the Chicago Secretary of State offices as well as surrounding Metro Offices including Woodstock, DeKalb, Chicago South, Chicago West, Midlothian, South Holland, as well as Downtown Executive Offices and Warehouse Physical Services. All the employees are overjoyed with the printing on the front of the face coverings. The face coverings were a big hit for employees

This place has always been great. I have had them create signs and work uniforms for me. They are the most reasonably priced in the area. They are also the highest quality. I also get all my employee uniforms embroidered here as well. I can get over a dozen shirts done for under a bill and still have it look awesome. Don't have shirts of your own? They carry a large assortment to choose from. When they give you a time of when things will be done. They are beyond punctual. I would recommend them to anyone commercial or consumer.

Our experience with this company was not a good one. We own a local company and wanted to use another local company to get 9 polo shirts embroidered. R&S screen printing messed up the color on our logo. The logo colors are bright orange and navy and they used red instead. When I called them to ask what happened they accepted no responsibilities, did not say they were sorry once and offered no alternatives for the future to make sure this didn't happen again. They even went as far as to blame me for what I sent them, for which I double checked and it was bright orange not red. They ended

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband brought two shirts in to be printed on. The gentleman at the counter was awkward and borderline rude to begin with (just bad customer service) and then completely ruined the shirts by using the wrong colors. When my husband came to pick them up the day before they were needed for the event the gentleman argued "no that is the color you said" well he pulled out his own paperwork and realized he was wrong the correct color was right there on the paper.
