A pest free home is a healthy home: If you haven't had your home professionally inspected and treated for pests in the past three months, your home may very well have pests in hidden voids (such as the inside of your attic, crawl space, walls, crevices, and dark areas) - not to mention cockroaches and other critters that breed by the thousands (and that's what just a single pair is capable of alone).
This includes wiping down spider webs and wasp nest's using our Bug Pole. Electrostatic dusting of attic and crawl space can be done for an additional charge, which we highly recommend be done to provide longer term control of insect entry through these areas. This is an outdoor perimeter treatment only.
Palouse Empire Pest Control provides our Commercial Service Treatment for businesses such as hospitals, schools, churches, and all other sorts of businesses. Our pest control treatment program consists of a complete evaluation of your business by one of our qualified inspectors. They will gather information regarding construction, existing evidence of pests, moisture conditions, possible entry points and other pertinent information.
Last July we moved to Moscow and bought a house that had been vacant for some time. While the house sat empty, the spiders & bugs moved in. I had called Palouse Pest Control very worried about a possible bed bug situation at my apartment. I was calling late on a Friday and didn’t think anyone would be able to come out until Monday… Palouse Pest Control is so amazing that they sent out James (who was professional and really put my partner and I both at ease) to do a quick inspection free of charge. I’m thankful for James and the team!

Paid these guys almost $400 to double our flea population then $30 at walmart to resolve it. They also sprayed externally for spiders and we've never seen more. I didn't think it was possible to do the opposite of your job, but they pulled it off. HORRIBLE results.
Icing on the cake, they gave me a "how to prep" sheet that said "Expect them for another 3 weeks before results, even foggers and professionals say this" yet somehow i finished it myself in 2 days.

We are very pleased with their services. We've had them intevene 2 times in the past 2 years for different issues. The owner is very professional and very knowledgeable about all things bugs and the proper way to handle them. Efficient, prompt and curteous. Our problems were resolved. If we need them again we will be sure to call this company. They are reasonably priced.

We hired Brad to take care of a spider problem in our ground floor apartment. Unfortunately 50 days later the spiders are still an issue. When my wife called about the continued problem, Brad mansplained to her how there was no way we still had spiders and that we were wrong. Mansplaining aside, we still have a spider problem and now need to hire another service provider. The warranty PEPC provided says that the service is guaranteed, which is inaccurate and misleading. Do not trust PEPC, as Brad will argue with your and tell you how you are wrong.
