After my accident I took my car to Salem Auto Body, where I had an amazing experience .The entire team was very professional and kind. This was my very first ever accident and they made the process so easy. I picked up my car today and back bumper was fixed, even the inside of the car was cleaned. My car looked like the first day I saw it at the dealership. If I could I would give them a higher rating! I highly recommend!!

The recent bad storm took my side mirror off and as I was driving to work at 10 am the next morning I pulled into Salem Auto Body. Corrin was able to take care of me. She got me a good price for a replacement and custom paint. When I picked up my car it was detailed, with the left over paint they used for me to keep. Thank you very much for the great service!

Can't say enough good things about this shop! A self-inflicted scrape on my front bumper, and I thought I'd need to leave the car for repair. Not only did they buff out the scrape and lightly touch up the scratch in the paint while I waited (!) , the owner insisted I couldn't pay her. I did slip the artist who made he repair some cash, and I was out of there in less than a half hour. Salem Auto Body is a real gem of a local, family-owned business!

I just can't say enough about the quality of work they performed and the superb customer service I received. Went to a local place and Salem Auto Body was cheaper so I was a little skeptical. They kept to the schedule as promised, delivered on the day they said they would and my car looks amazing. They went above and beyond to not only repair/replace the door that was hit, but made my 100,000 mile car look new again. Great job and great quality work ! Brought my silver Cadillac there to have my bumper painted they went above and beyond the bumper came out immaculate they even got the fog off of my front lights and changed a light bulb for me. Cleaned the inside and outside I feel like I’m driving a brand new car . Awesome work ! And awesome people that work there and run the shop. I couldn’t be happier

Fantastic service and great with coordinating information to insurance companies. I've used salem auto body since 2018 for my past THREE accidents (none of which were my fault) the most notable experience was my first accident where my car was basically totaled, the entire rear driver side of the car was ripped off. I didn't have renters insurance at the time and it was a sorta hit and run incident, so I couldn't get coverage from the other persons insurance.. They were extremely understanding of my circumstances and allowed me to have a rental for free while they repaired the vehicle. I thought

I highly recommend Salem Auto Body. They did a great job with my '16 Civic back in December, and today replacing the front bumper on my '09 Odyssey. Very reasonable price, and the car looks like new! They even lubed the side door and tailgate which both now work great again, without charging me. And while driving away, ran after me to let me know my brake lights were out - and then promptly replaced the bulbs without charge. Rare to find a such good customer service these days.

Went to this shop for a repair after an accident last year. They fixed my car with no problem, handled everything promptly and timely and gave me a nice rental. A bit later a piece that had been repaired had an issue and I went back yesterday, they ordered the part in front of me and it was fixed at no charge today. Excellent service and no strings attached. Will definitely be back for more repairs as needed!

Yes, folks, the five star reviews are for realz. I just picked up my car from Salem Auto Body and I kind of couldn't wait to write this review. In short, my car looks better now than when I brought it in.

My tale of woe is that on Christmas Eve (yup), my car pretty much fell into a pothole at under 10 mph (seriously) and the damage appeared to be merely cosmetic. First thing after the holiday weekend, I learned that was too good to be true. I got hit twice in a month in two separate accidents on the North Shore (crazy drivers)... so I came on yelp to find a great place to get the auto body work done. I chose Salem Auto Body because there were such great yelp reviews, so I knew I needed to add one myself after getting my car back... These guys are amazing! The customer service was phenomenal- they were timely, affordable, and incredibly convenient. My car looked brand new when I got it back, and I will absolutely be using them again!

Brought a 2009 Honda in for bumper damage and a broken tail light. Jeff and his crew were able to replace the bumper and identify underlying structural damage my insurance had not estimated. The work was still completed in a week, and Jeff took all my calls personally along the way. A great family businessman.

Best part? My truck was detailed beautifully, inside and out. It's never looked so great, even the day I bought it from the dealer. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
