After purchasing a solar water heater (for swimming pool) system from Solar Energy, it became evident that there were issues from early on. First, leaks and connections were improperly installed. PVC "broke down" and needed to be replaced. Now, a major gasket is leaking. Please understand that they really aren't interested in servicing what they sell, as it has been common for them to take over a MONTH to respond...and, this past time, they just didn't respond at all. Their strategy appears to be - sell you a line, get it in...and run away. NEVER going back to them.

SES installed my 15kW, ground-mounted, grid-tied, solar PV system. For the most part, they are a fire and forget weapon system that relentlessly seeks it's target. I'm not that kind of customer, though, and they were very patient and responsive with me.
The system has been live for a week and is working perfectly. I love the sight of the net metering meter having rolled over backwards!
